According to Bloomberg, Conn's HomePlus, a low-cost home products shop with locations in Lafayette and Baton Rouge, may be closing its doors as it contemplates declaring bankruptcy.
The Texas-based chain is reportedly thinking about declaring Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the upcoming weeks, according to Bloomberg. The retailer of appliances and furnishings declared last month that it was trying to refinance debt, which caused it to postpone releasing its quarterly financial reports.
