Complaints or reports are 100% anonymous, however, they must have proof to support such a request; the following media can be submitted:
-Screenshots from WhatsApp, Facebook or other electronic media.
-Audio or video recordings.
tannda.net allows you to post content, including photos, videos, events, pages, blogs, comments, linksand other materials. Anything you post or make available on our Products is called "User Content." You retain all rights and are solely responsible for the User Content you post on tannda.net.
In a nutshell: If you post your content on tannda.net, it still belongs to you, but we can show it to other people and others can share it.
You grant tannda.net and its users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, share, modify, create derivative works, perform and distribute your user content on tannda.net solely for the purposes of operating, developing, supplying and using Tannda's products tannda.net. TANNDA.NET SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES OF COURSE TREATMENT OR USE OF COMMERCE.
tannda.net takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for user content that you or any other user or third party posts or transmits using our Products. . You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or not fit for purpose.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TANNDA.NET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER YOU DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY INCUR, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PRODUCTS; (B) ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT OR CONDUCT ON THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. Notification procedures and changes to these Terms. tannda.net reserves the right to determine the manner and means of delivering notices to you, and you agree to receive legal notices electronically if we choose to do so.
