We are a traditional yoga school in Rishikesh with a modern approach. “Sammasati” is a Sanskrit word that comes from Buddhism, which means “touch”, “grasp”, “know thoroughly”, “think”, and “meditate”. Therefore, Sammasati Yoga means a process of self-improvement, a process that affects both the body and the mind.
