Follow these points. <br>• Choose ‘Print and Share’ option on your printer screen. <br>• Now choose the ‘Change’ option. <br>• Navigate to ‘Profiles’ and click profile. <br>• Choose ‘Edit’ and select your specific printer channel under ‘Channels.’ <br>• Click on the ‘Trigger’ points. <br>• Choose the ‘Printer error levels’ option. <br>• Locate ‘Ricoh Printer Offline’ error and modify the error level settings. <br>• In the ‘Error level’ choose ‘Warning’ and hit ‘OK.’ <br>• Hit ‘OK’ again for all settings to be applied and then tap ‘Close.’
