Lorde was right: we might never be royals, but thanks to Missoma's latest flash sale, we can at least dress like them. To celebrate both spring equinox and the International Day of Happiness, the brand is taking 20 percent off its entire site. When Maria Grazia Chiuri sent We Should All Be Feminists T-shirts down the runway in 2016 as part of her inaugural collection for Dior, she was tapping into a larger trend in the fashion industry: staging mock protests and political statements in fashion shows. Over the past decade, designers and brands have fine-tuned their political and social activism, integrating commentary on racial inequality, immigration, women's rights, and climate change into runway shows and marketing, tapping into a generation who now want the values of their favorite T-shirt brands to match their politics.

Williams and Selby are hardly new to the Fashion Week front row - or matching their looks. In September of last year, the duo sat alongside CFDA Fashion Fund judge and model Paloma Elsesser and Moonlight actor Ashton Sanders at the Helmut Lang show during New York Fashion Week. Later that season in Paris, both appeared at Thom Browne, not only wearing matching tweed suits and knee socks but also coordinating makeup. For fall 20, they dressed to the nines for Christopher Kane, only to one-up those looks in head-to-toe seersucker Thom Browne in March. Now, we shouldn't be surprised by Williams' prowess in the style department. She is, after all, a Stark.

Other standouts included an orange, cut-out www.jordan1sales.com maxi skirt paired with a matching cropped blazer, a pistachio-colored suit circa 1986, and a pocketbook the color of orange sherbert. In other words, after a year-long stint in sweatpants, fashion is back - and it's bolder than ever. Burch's picks feature craftswomen and designers including Clementine Hunter, Lucie Rie, Line Vautrin, Gabriella Crespi, and Claire McCardell. I'm all about an unpredictable mix, whether it's in my home or in my collections: traditional and modern, vintage and current, high and low, Burch says.

Like in Paris, the outfits presented are casual, yet elevated, and feature their own city's twist - think: sneakers rather than boots, and vintage varsity jackets instead of camel coats. One photo shows a woman wearing UGG boots with white carpenter jeans and a fur coat. Now, we shouldn't be surprised by Williams' prowess in the style department. She is, after all, a Stark. There's eBay and TheRealReal, but it's not the same thrill. You don't get the same high from it. Though the crowds that once lined up outside of shows during Copenhagen Fashion Week are noticeably smaller than pre-pandemic times, their unmatched sense of style hasn't faltered. If anything, attendees at this season's three-day-long Scandi-style event have actually turned up their fashion game since February's round of shows, appearing in Denmark's capital city Jordan 1 on Monday in a bevy of tailored looks worth saving to your back-to-work smorgasbord.
